Source licenses
Best Icons brings third-party icon sets into one searchable catalogue. The original creators retain their rights, and every SVG remains governed by its package-specific license.
Plain-English overview
The one-time price covers the assembled bundle, normalized files, and AI-curated English keyword data. It does not turn the underlying icons into proprietary assets.
License rights differ by package. Some permit broad commercial reuse, some require attribution, and restricted sets do not grant commercial reuse. Best Icons does not relicense the original artwork.
You do not need a “Powered by Best Icons” credit. Source-license obligations still apply: preserve required notices, and provide attribution when a package such as Vaadin Icons requires it.
An open-source copyright license does not grant trademark rights. Check brand rules before using logos or marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
Keep the included license files with redistributed bundles.
This page is a practical summary, not legal advice. The package includes the machine-readable manifest and license references. If your distribution model has unusual requirements, review the linked license text or ask qualified counsel.
